Manifold Manufacturing Processes
All Power+Plus Manifolds are cast in high pressure steel dies rather than the pour-in sand molds used by other aftermarket manifold manufacturers. This type of tooling costs 2-3 times more than conventional sand-cast patterns, but the finished product is worth the additional expense. And because the cores (which form the internal ports and water passages) are mounted in steel instead of sand during the casting process, there is
no chance of any core shift, which sometimes go undetected in sand castings. Core shift can cause misalignment between the ports and the heads, or even actual air or water leakage, a problem you will never have to worry about with Power+Plus. Each and every Power+Plus manifold is subjected to a very thorough pressure test that will detect any
air or water leakage. We find any problems first so you don’t have to go to the effort of installing your manifold only to find out that it leaks and has to be removed and returned
to the manufacturer. Power+Plus Manifolds are manufactured in a modern factory which produces OE manifolds for several major Japanese and European auto makers, so you know the quality is there. That same OE level quality can be found in every Power+Plus Intake manifold.

Patterned after JDM Type R manifolds with additional refinements. The plenum chamber has been lengthened to provide additional volume when used for supercharger, turbo or nitrous applications. The ultimate street performance manifold developed by Professional Products in conjunction with AEBS. Cast in nitrous bosses on underside of manifold. 65mm inlet. Retains good bottom end power.

Power Throttle Bodies
For Hondas

We offer Power Throttle Bodies for the 199-’01 Acura Integra Type R and also for the 1994-’01 Acura Integra GSR. We have both 68mm and 70mm throttle bodies for these two engines. Each size is available in either a show polished or satin finish. These throttle bodies are made as aluminium die castings and as such, appear very similar on the outside to a stock throttle body. However, the main inlet on all of these throttle bodies features a 3” O.D. which allows the use of many of the popular air inlet kits.

Power Throttle Bodies
For LT1 & LS1

1992-’97 LT1 & 1985-’92 305/350 Throttle Bodies - These dual bore throttle bodies are much less expensive than any similar product available, yet the quality is as good as it gets. We also provide duplicate throttle linkages with each throttle body that allow the throttle body to be used on different year models. These linkages are very easy to change by removing one nut. Available in both a polished or satin finish, these throttle bodies are made of aluminium.

LS1 Throttle Bodies - Professional Products offers this style throttle body
in two sizes; 80mm and 85mm. The 80mm is the largest size suitable for
a stock LS1 plastic intake manifold. The 85mm size is for use on the Professional Products #52060/#52061 LS1 Typhoon Intake Manifold or other LS1 aftermarket aluminium intakes. These throttle bodies feature die cast aluminium construction and are O.E. quality units. The 80mm model also includes an aluminium transition plate that bolts between the stock manifold and the throttle body. These units are a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock throttle body.
